Wanted: doublewide (Ashville Al)

We are wanting a small doublewide to be moved to our property in Ashville Al.
We are wanting about a 28x50 or so in size.
A wood burning fireplace is a plus…Must be in reasonably good condition, no handyman special.
Our price range is around $25,000 but might be flexible depending on age and condition.
