PIEDMONT HEALTH CARE CENTER is currently taking applications for the following team position: - Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) Responsibilites: Managing the dietary department in a 91 bed skilled nursing facility according to policies & procedures and federal/state regulations.
Supervises, educates and evaluates all dietary employees in food preparation & serving and food safety & sanitation according to facility policies & procedures and federal/state regulations.
