DOLLARS AND CENTS:
The starting pay for this position is $65,000+/year increasing with certification, experience and education.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING.

You will be responsible for supporting daily maintenance operations, and providing oversight for the Supervisors and Technicians.
You will also assist to make sure all department team members comply with SOPs, HACCP, HAZMAT and all other maintenance meet Company, state and federal policies and procedures.
Work with department supervisors to maximize the reliability of all equipment while minimizing costs.
All other relevant duties to the job.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM.

You'll need to have supervisory experience, and be good at leading people with positive reinforcement.
Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Work well with others, and be able to motivate your team.
You will also need to be well organized to assist in managing the department.
THE ENVIRONMENT YOU CAN EXPECT.

You will be working in a poultry manufacturing facility.
You’ll need to be able to walk, twist, bend and lift various weights.

Most benefits become effective after 30 days of employment, and you'll be eligible to participate in the 401k savings program after 1 year.
