You will float between clinics.
Responsible for providing clerical support to the department to include patient scheduling, registration, new patient chart maintenance, insurance verification, PM&R billing, receptionist duties, answering phones, filing, payment management, and obtaining accurate referral information.
This position requires good patient and referral source communication skills.
It also requires accurate patient data entry.
Schedules appointments, maintains calendar and receives and assists patients/clients/caregivers/visitors.
Accurately registers patients in Paragon.
Completes all data fields to ensure needed information is gathered.
Performs medical record management functions.
Answers telephone and routes calls to appropriate department member.
Distributes schedule and mail/memo/email correspondence to all areas at end of day.

Manages payments for services, completes daily log of monetary income, and takes to cashier.
Assists with orders and maintains department supplies and equipment
High school degree or equivalent with additional business courses preferred.
Prefer 2-5 years of secretarial/office experience.
Knowledge of and proficiency use of routine office equipment, calculator, and personal computer to include software packages in the areas of word processing and spreadsheets.
Ability to express thought clearly and concisely.
Ability to listen; read and interpret information quickly, in both written, graphic and oral form.
