jobs by selecting “Register With Us” · Call or text us anytime 256-878-9675 with questions or with reference job order #59463 *Hours:* · 1st shift 40+ hours weekly *Compensation for Service Manager:* · $60k-$80k yearly salary · Temp-to-hire opportunity *Duties include:* · Manage and direct crews of up to 40 men · Read prints and layouts · Conduct pull-offs of material from drawings · Reach out to customers to obtain information for projects · Travel to project location when needed to get complete details · Set schedules with amount of crew members needed · Knowledge of material to ensure correct amount is shipped · Computer skills needed to type project list · Coordinate and manage loading of trucks · Visiting customer sites to handle on going support and to keep customers relations · Monitoring projects and manage service teams to keep projects on timelines and budgets · Other duties as assigned *Required experience:* · High School diploma or GED required · Previous experience managing fabrication/ installation crews · Minimum 5-year experience in poultry industry.
