Job description:
1) Prepares and assembles food.
2) Maintains food quality.
3) Ensures food safety.
4) Maintains all reusable food storage vessels in a sanitary and serviceable condition.
5) Maintains safe, sanitary and organized pot and pan storage areas and equipment.
6) Maintains workstation and equipment.
7) Adheres to work schedule.
8) Participates as sanitation team member.
9) Maintains sanitation standards.
10) Maintains safe work environment.
