Wellness RN

Job Summary A Wellness RN provides direct patient care in Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation.
Monitors patients during exercise sessions.
Nursing responsibilities focus on the preventative and restorative healthcare needs of the rehab patient.
Provides patient education on disease entities, rick factors, behavior modification.
Communicates with the Cardiopulmonary Rhabilitation Medical Director and the patient's physician about changes in the patient's clinical condition including laboratory tests and symptomatology.
Is able to repsond quickly and accurately to changes in the patient's condiditon and response to treatment.
Participates in performance improvement and CQI activities.
Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
Must have a current RN license in the state of Alabama.
Must have current ACLS and BCLS Certification.
Location: Marshall Medical Centers · Wellness Center South Schedule: Casual/PRN, Days, M-F
