As a *Dietary Technician*, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery.
You will partner with the Facilities Manager and the Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.
*Requirements:*
* Compliance with all Federal and Fort Payne, AL State regulations regarding food service operations.
* Maintain adequate supplies of all foods for dietary services areas as well as proper ordering, storage, and preparation of foods according to Department of Health Standards and Federal regulations.
* Must be able to work overtime as needed for maintenance, staffing, and therapy needs.
*Responsibilities:*
* Prepare or serve food according to Federal and State regulations.
* Clean food service equipment.
* Follow directions as established in the Food Service Management Guide.
* Participation in community activities, including nutrition education programs and team meetings.
