RN PRN Wound Center - Professional Building

This person is a highly specialized health care professional who under the direction of the Clinical Nurse Manager performs the primary function as a registered nurse in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care of patients in the Wound Healing Center.
This person is responsible for adhering to the policies and procedures mandated by the WHC.
This person assists the physician with the development and implementation of wound care treatment plans and participates in performance improvement activities.
This person acts within the federal and state guidelines, the Alabama Board of Nursing, JCAHO standards, upholds the hospital mission and professional and ethical practice.
