Nursing Supervisor - Patient Care Services - PRN / Days

The Clinical Nursing Supervisor functions with a primary concern for patient care.
The Clinical Nursing Supervisor continuously provides expertise to the staff by assessing the quality and quantity of care and evaluating and intervening in the management of care problems as necessary.
The Clinical Nursing Supervisor oversees the facility's operation in the absence of directors or administration and collaborates with them on an as needed basis.
The Clinical Nursing Supervisor reports directly to the CNO.
Education REQUIRED: Associate Nursing Degree.
BSN preferred.
Experience REQUIRED: Minimum three years experience as an RN with prior leadership as a charge nurse.
Licenses/certificates REQUIRED: RN License in State of Alabama
