's (ROI) Intermediate Care Facilities (ICFs) currently have Full-Time Resident Aide positions available for the Night Shift (6pm-6am, which pays an extra $2.
50 an hour Night-Shift Differential) and positions available for the Day Shift (6am-6pm).

*** NEW Management and Increased Pay Scale (to include Incentive Pay).
NEW Schedule: 3 day weekend off every other week.
Pleasant work environment, very manageable patient to staff ratio, which allows for providing excellent care to each resident.
*** These are direct care positions caring for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who reside in our two ICF's, by providing assistance with, but not limited to, socialization, eating, hygiene, bathing, toileting and other assistance as needed.
(16 individuals reside in the Davis Orman Home and 10 individuals reside in the Strickland-Stringfellow Home).
Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: working with individuals with intellectual disabilities: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: CNA (Preferred) Driver's License (Required)
