Service Manager - Ag & Industrial Equipment

is searching for a talented, experienced, driven, and results-oriented Service Manager to join our team in Albertville, AL.
This individual will be in charge of managing and overseeing all service, warranty, repair, and product support for agricultural and industrial equipment.
This role is integral for ensuring that customer inquiries, complaints, and requests are satisfied in an efficient and timely manner and that the Service team performs efficiently and productively.
The successful candidate must possess excellent customer service and communication skills and have the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
In addition, this individual must possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be knowledgeable in safety practices.

Compensation:
$70,000 - $90,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the day-to-day service and repair operations of agricultural and industrial equipment.
Provide customer service and technical support to customers
Manage and support the team of Technicians and Coordinators and provide assignments that maximize overall efficiency and productivity
Design and maintain work-flow processes to ensure peak performance of the Service Department
Handle financial operations for service and repair department, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls
After-hours availability as needed to provide outstanding Customer Support
Work in synergy with other Departments of the dealership
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in the maintenance and repair of agricultural and industrial equipment
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose machine problems
Proficiency in Team-building and Management
Proficiency in Profit/Loss Management and Budgeting
Knowledge of parts, supplies, and tools used in maintenance and repair
Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to handle customer complaints and concerns
Team-oriented
