Overview
The Patient Access Manager is responsible for the employment, training and supervision of those employees handling patient registration in the Main Registration and ECC Registration Departments.
The Manager is also responsible for direct supervision overseeing the daily operations of Patient Financial Services.
He/she works to establish the departmental budgets and manages departments within the established budget.
Qualifications:
A.
Education
1.
High school diploma or GED from an accredited institute required
2.
Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent experience in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
B.
Experience
1.
Minimum of two years of management experience in a healthcare business environment preferred
C.
Licensure/Certification
1.
