Summary
Assist the supervisor/lead of the department in the daily operations of Weld for NIGHT SHIFT
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage daily workflow.
Must be able to perform material handling duties for night shift
Will be responsible for assigning and distributing work to employees
Must be knowledgeable of all weld blueprints
Monitor quality and performance of employees
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Employee would work with their hands and need to be able to lift or hold heavy items.
Other duties will be assigned by Manager or Supervisor.
Qualifications and Requirements
Must have good organizational skills
Must be capable or already be forklift certified.
Must be able to pass a welding test.
Must be a self-motivated individual
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrate ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job History and Performance will be considered
Must be able to use the necessary equipment, which includes welders, die grinders, blueprints, tape measurer, etc.
Must be oriented and capable of meeting daily goals for production
Must be able to work ANY shift, which may include weekends
Must be willing to perform other duties within the department
Must be physically able to perform job duties, which requires heavy lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
