, (ROI) is seeking a House Manager/Resident Caregiver to work with intellectual and developmental disabled adults in a residential group home.
House Mangers assist the residents with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, hygiene, activities and community outings.
There are three different work schedules available.
1.
The House Manager I position works a 1 week on and 1 week off rotation.
2.
The House Manager II position works a 2 week on and 1 week off rotation.
The work hours are 3:30 pm to 9:00 am during the weekdays and 24 hours over theweekends, holidays, and when the vocational center is closed.
Onweekdays, during the hours of 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, House Managers are off duty.
3*.
The Weekend House Manager position is also a full-time position and the work schedule is from _3:30 pm _on _Friday __afternoons_ to _9:00 am _on_ Monday __mornings*_.
House Managers have a private bedroom/bathroom in the home.
Meals are provided during work hours and House Managers are allowed to sleep when staying overnight.
Part-Time (PT) and PRN House Manager positions are also available.
PT hours are from 2:30 pm to 8:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

FT Employees working 32-39 hours a pay period earn leave on a prorated schedule.
