sweet pup PLEASE READ!! (Jacksonville)

This guy was dropped off Saturday by some very mean person and was wandering around by our driveway( on a very busy hwy).

he is very skinny and appears to have been beaten and shot at with a bb gun or pellet gun.
He is a very sweet doggy he was very scared and timid but is slowly warming up.

.
I would absolutely love to keep him he's that precious, but we have other dogs and my English Mastiff is a old ornery territorial punk who is not wanting him here! I've called the humane society and they are no help! PLEASE HELP ME FIND HIM A GREAT HOME! I hated to even post on here because I don't want other cruel people to get him.
