Basic gardening skills are also required.
Willingness to feed and care for the only full time resident, an indoor/outdoor lovable, neutered feline (no litter box required).

Other members of this community may access internet from the lawn or the road, as this property has Wi-Fi and is in one of the few where this service is available.
