External Agency Non-Resident / Indirect Training Coordinator

Position Summary:
Potawatomi Training, LLC (a federal government contractor) is seeking a qualified External Agency Non-Resident/Indirect Training Coordinator who is responsible for managing the coordination and administration support for external agencies in the Non-Resident and Indirect Training programs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Serve as liaison between CDP leadership and External Agencies and the primary point-of-contact for Non-Resident and Indirect External Agency programs
• Implement, maintain, and manage support processes for External Agency training programs
• Provide assistance/support to and serve as direct point of contact for External Agency Instructors/Trainers
• Collaborate/coordinate with IT and provide recommendations to improve system functionality and support processes
• Oversee daily operations of clerical processes supporting Non-Resident and Indirect External Agency training programs
• Verify all required course documentation is submitted and resolve issues/discrepancies as needed
• Identify, integrate and maintain internal and external program, policies, procedures, practices and systems
• Prepare briefings and written/verbal communications to contractor leadership and senior level government staff to provide status updates and recommendations
• Maintain spreadsheets associated with calendar management, training data, projections and materials shipping/receiving for External Agency training programs
• Prepare and deliver briefings/presentations to various audiences in support of new partner training initiatives
• Maintain accurate academic records and provide statistical data for Non-Resident and Indirect External Agency training programs as requested
• Conduct Quality Control Review (QCR) inspections
• Assist/provide data for weekly and monthly reports
• Collaborate and provide assistance/support to the Office of the Registrar, Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP), regarding administrative support processes for Non-Resident and Indirect External Agency training programs
• Required to conduct External Agency Train-the-Trainer briefings and graduations
• Participate in Weekly Operations conference calls/meetings; provide updates/information as requested
• Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• High school graduate or GED equivalent required and two (2)+ years of progressive experience in the field required; Baccalaureate degree preferred, in related field.
• Experience in student administration and program implementation
• Possess advanced computer skills, strong organizational skills, and facilitation experience
• Must possess and exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Position may require up to 5% travel
